Type A welded frame providing thus an ideal traction load mode on both legs, which results an excellent driving behaviour especially on road irregularities compared to other trailers which use a single traction drawbar.

Moreover the crossmember tubes welded with the main tubes, create a unified rigid frame with elevated factor of torsion inflexibility, without joints using bolts with great compliance.

 

     

 


Heavy duty undercarriage sliders.

The chassis stands on fortified undercarriage sliders 6-8 mm thickness figure Z patented(HDUS™) .The sliders reinforce the frame and give excellent mechanical durability on the tendencies and pervesion that are subject to the phases of boat loading and launching, avoiding the frame transmogrification. Moreover with sliders the axles  adjustment becomes easier than any other trailer.

 

 

 


Hot dip galvanized chassis and parts.

The galvanisation procedure is according to the standard of DIN 50976, ISO 1461:2009. Every chassis is immersed in a bath with warm liquid metal, that covers (70-102 nm thickness), the interior and the exterior of the tubes and their welds as well, and gives sleek and durable surface. Hot-dip galvanizing is the metallurgical bonding (alloying) of zinc onto fabricated iron or steel by the immersion of the iron or steel into molten zinc. The galvanized coating provides both barrier and cathodic protection against corrosion.

This procedure remains until today the only reliable method that keeps the metals protected from the rust and corrosion for more than 15 years.With annual service, the edurance against corrosion can reach 25-30 years.

Big torsion axles, less maintenance.

Torsion axles with indepented suspension made by Knott and Reliable.

The oscillation absorption occurs by the inner molecular friction of the special elastic elements. Compared to common suspensions with metallic springs and schock absorbers that are sensitive in salt water some advantages of torsion axles are :

Strong solid monolithic construction, multiple and noiseless function, no service, long duration life and constand operation.

Every Emilios Trailers uses big axles with 50% more transfer load ability in relation to the trailer gross weight.In all tandem trailers with brake system regardless the  boat weight, we place 3600kg axles. On the type EM1300L we use 1800kg axle. Moreover the axles have hot dip galvanized torsion brackets.

Big axles mean less wear, longer wheel bearing lifetime and fewer services. 

   

  

  


Hydraulic S.Steel vented disc brakes suitable for salt water.

Τhe completely new system with hydraulic disc brakes is the ultimate development in the technology of the trailers that are immersed into salt water.

The new system is the art of technology of trailers that are immersed into salt water.All parts of the new system are made to use in salt water.The stainless steel calipers have stainless steel piston and stainless steel bleeds. The rotors of the system are vented.

The 5 years guarantee of the hydraulic disc brake system which does not require any special service, is an indicator of the system efficiency at frequent use without oxidation problems in salt water.

4 types of heavy duty winch posts (material S275JOH)  with a double elastic bow stop rollers for any type of boat hull.They are completely telescoping adjustable towards at all direction in order to support the bow at the best possible way. 

  

 


Ribbed rollers. Heavy duty articulating mounting brackets.

All trailers are equipped with an adequate number of rollers in single or double heavy duty arms. Five different types of arms with different dimensions of brackets, provided according to the boat hull. Our solid ribbed rollers don't scratch or mark the hull.The rollers made by thermoplastic PVC.

The special emiliostrailers articulating rollers system makes it easer for your boat to pass from one roller system to another. 

Special stronge big wheels (200 d.mm) and arms are placed on every model, to support stepped hull which have internal Stainless Steel whell bearings

Self centering and adjusting rollers system.

With our system the trailer launches with ease in shallow or deep water conditions, if your area has low water ramps. Our non marking rollers have suitable surface for gentle boat contact and sensitive cradling and hard center core for strength and control. Our trailes have auto-adjustable roller system and lead the boat to the centre of the trailer line.
