S. STEEL DISC BRAKES

Advantages -

Hot dip galvanized chassis and parts.

The galvanisation procedure is according to the standard of DIN 50976, ISO 1461:2009. Every chassis is immersed in a bath with warm liquid metal, that covers (70-102 nm thickness), the interior and the exterior of the tubes and their welds as well, and gives sleek and durable surface. Hot-dip galvanizing is the metallurgical bonding (alloying) of zinc onto fabricated iron or steel by the immersion of the iron or steel into molten zinc. The galvanized coating provides both barrier and cathodic protection against corrosion.

This procedure remains until today the only reliable method that keeps the metals protected from the rust and corrosion for more than 15 years. With annual service, the edurance against corrosion can reach 25-30 years.

This procedures takes place in the certified galvanising factory http://www.papadiohos.gr/enquality
